Jose Luis Lara Alfonso, age 15, a native of Pinar del Rio, Cuba, and resident of Texas passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020.

The family will be receiving friends for a visitation and funeral ceremony on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at the Lakeside Funeral Home Celebratory Suite from 2:30PM - 7PM.
