It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan Ruzow, aged 93, who left us peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2024. Born on August 18, 1931, in the serene town of Lancing, Michigan, Joan lived a fulfilling life marked by a love of nature, community, and faith.

Joan embraced the warmth and beauty of Florida, where she found joy in sun-kissed days at the beach and boating adventures on the water. Her deep faith and commitment to her church provided a source of strength and community throughout her life. Joan was known for her kindness, infectious laugh, and the unwavering love she extended to friends and family alike.

Joan’s life will be celebrated during a memorial ceremony at Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Family, friends, and all who were touched by her spirit are invited to join in remembrance on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This gathering will provide an opportunity to honor Joan's life, sharing stories and reflecting on the legacy she leaves behind.
