Leopold Vargas-Hernandez

Leopold Vargas-Hernandez, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, at his home in Greenacres, FL, at the age of 87. Born in Puerto Rico on Tuesday, May 18th, 1937, Leopold was a dedicated peace officer for many years, serving his community with honor and integrity.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Following the service, Leopold will be laid to rest at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, from 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm.

Leopold will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit, his unwavering dedication to his family, and his commitment to serving and protecting his community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
