Marlan was born on Saturday, September 20th, 1969, in the vibrant city of Cienfuegos, Cuba, Marlan immigrated to the United States in pursuit of a brighter future. Her journey was marked by resilience, warmth, and an unwavering dedication to helping others, which she exemplified through her career as a home health aide. Marlan devoted her life to caring for her patients with compassion and kindness, leaving an indelible impact on all who knew her.

Marlan is survived by her cherished family, who were the center of her universe. Her legacy of love and generosity will continue through the lives she touched.
