Rafael “Chico Black” Vargas, age 52, born October 2, 1971, unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Known for his boisterous personality, Rafael was always in good spirits. He made friends everywhere he went, he was always cracking jokes and bothering those he loved the most.
Rafael is survived by his mother Genoveva Vargas, his siblings Angelica Griffin, Julio Perez and Isabel Perez, and his loving daughters. He was a devoted father, adoring son, an awesome big brother, a wonderful husband, and a marvelous friend.
Rafael Vargas will be greatly missed. To know him, was to love him and to be loved by him was a very special gift. May he now rest in eternal peace.
