Obituary for Roseann M. Conger

Roseann M. (Chiaro) Conger, age 73, of Loxahatchee Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January, 13, 2026 in Palms West Hospital. 

Born on August 12, 1952 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to Rocco J. Chiaro and Rose Mihalik Chiaro (deceased) and she was a graduate of Dunmore High School.  Roseann has been a Florida resident for the past 43 years.  

Roseann brought brightness and kindness into each life she touched.  She was deeply devoted to her professional roles, spending many years as a dedicated Customer Service Representative for Bell South and AT&T.  Roseann’s work ethic and unwavering dedication served as an inspiration to colleagues and friends alike.   

Roseann was a woman of many interests and abilities. She had an excellent eye for art and was a talented sketch artist. She knew her way around a sewing machine and kitchen.  She was a fervent animal lover, with dogs and cats holding a special place in her heart.  

Roseann had a remarkable zest for living, which was anchored by her love of family.  As a loving mother, Roseann adored her children and took immense pride in their achievements.  She will be greatly missed by her loving husband and partner of over 50 years, Steven Conger, daughters Gina (Scott) Smith, Katie Conger (Daena Briscoe), stepdaughter Stephanie Limoges and grandchildren Noah and Christian.  She leaves behind her brother Richard Chiaro of Scranton, sister Angela Batyko (Thomas) of Jermyn, PA., nephew Christopher Chiaro and many cousins.    

Roseann’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion and enduring dedication.
