He enjoyed cheering on his favorite football team, the Seahawks. Known for his quiet demeanor and sharp wit, Todd brought laughter and insight to each moment shared with family and friends.

Todd was the beloved baby boy of a family with five children. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marina Mel-Rinaldi Carroll, with whom he shared countless moments of happiness and porch-sitting reflections. Todd’s love and loyalty to Marina was a cornerstone of his life, providing a legacy of love and companionship.

Family, friends, and those touched by Todd's life are invited to celebrate his memory at the memorial ceremony, which will be held at Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care Life Celebration Suite in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Following the ceremony, additional services will be conducted at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm, Lane #6.
