**Obituary for William A. Hardy II**

We announce with deep sorrow the passing of William A. Hardy II, a beloved father, brother, and friend, who left us on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on March 4th, 1961, in the vibrant Bronx, New York, William’s life journey led him to Wellington, FL, where he spent his later years surrounded by love and warmth.

A proud veteran, William honorably served in the United States Army, where he earned numerous accolades for his dedication and service to his country. His commitment to serving others continued through his civilian career as a Motor Pool Manager, a role in which he was both revered and respected.

His family describes him as a pillar of strength, wisdom, and kindness. William’s laugh could light up a room, and his words brought comfort to those around him. William leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A committal service with military honors will be held at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida, on Friday, April 11th, 2025, from 9:30 am to 9:45 am, Lane #3 where he will be laid to rest with the honor and dignity he deserves.
