Mom Mom passed away on Sunday. Being from out of town and never having made arrangements before I was quite lost. I called several funeral homes in Lake worth and was answered by answering machines or services. I then noticed one in Green Acres (they have moved since then) I decided to call immediately the phone was answered in the middle of the night by Kilon Rhoden he walked me through everything with such kindness. The next day Mrs. Shama Rhoden spoke with me and explained the next steps she and Cameron Costello gave me options and helped me with all the arrangements over the phone so I could fly home to work. They treated the biggest loss of my life with such professionalism and compassion making the process easier. It is with a heartfelt thanks that I highly recommend them.

Primeramente necesito agradecer a Maria del valle por convertirse en mi mejor amiga a la distancia es increíble que alguien que no conozcas ni puedas ver en persona, atravez de llamadas te brinde tanto respaldo y cariño en un momento tan doloroso .
Mi madre Santos Rivera era una guerrera que vivía en West Palm Beach sola pero el cáncer gano la batalla antes de lo esperado y yo su hija vivo en España desde hace tres años por procesos migratorios me fue imposible poder trasladarme y hacerme cargo pero encontré esta funeraria en internet y ellos se convirtieron en mis ángeles y me brindaron la ayuda mas profesional para
hacer los tramites con la funeraria para la cremación etc a distancia .
porque no contaba con apoyo de ningún familiar gracias a Dina lagston ; la mejor amiga de mi madre que se convirtió junto con Maria en mis salvadoras, en mis ayudantes , en esa persona que te ayuda y te guía porque no sabia que hacer ni que decir ...elegir una urna en un momento así es muy duro pero Maria me guio de la manera mas amorosa me brindo una atención tan personalizada, dedico mucho tiempo para ayudarme con cada paso vía correo y teléfono; me sentí tan protegida. es difícil describir con palabras lo que Lakeside funeral home represento para mi en mi perdida mas dolorosa ,fueron tan profesionales conmigo pero sobre todo tan humanos en ponerse en mi lugar , si hablamos de precios tienen los mejores paquetes pero la asesoría , el servicio de primer nivel y el cariño que brindan es invaluable.
si este testimonio sirve para agradecer y si alguien que este en mi condición sin poder trasladarse de un país a otro para gestionar los tramites confié sin dudar en esta funeraria y en su personal .

My daughters, cousin and myself was emotionally inspired by your level of compassion from the first day of the interaction and planning for Somdath Sidial, the deceased. I am personally proud of the work the director and staff displayed. I would like to say that I was happy with the services rendered by Lakeside Funeral Chapel. Mr. & Mrs. Rhoden were very professional. Everything was done in a courteous manner. I don’t think anyone in Palm Beach County can beat their prices. I would encourage all my friends , relatives, associates, in their time of bereavement to call Mr. and Mrs. Rhoden. I will always be thankful for what they’ve done for my departed wife Elsa.

I would highly recommend Lakeside Memorial Chapel to anyone who is seeking to bury a love one. They are inexpensive and very delightful to work with, making a seemingly mournful situation easy to deal with. They were quick to respond to any questions and even did followup after the funeral. I was very happy to have Lakeside Memorial Chapel as my funeral director.

I felt so blessed to have found Shama and her establishment to handle all the difficult decisions that need to be made when a loved one passes. We lost our son several months ago.
